[GRASS5] pg.dll was not found

I have a problem when I try to create location from epsg. I get a
message as "This application has failed to start because pg.dll was not
found. Re-installing the application may fiz the problem"

I use windows XP and installed the software as told in page
http://geni.ath.cx/grass.html

You will see in the screenshot of the cygwin installer (just before step
#6) that postgresql is selected for install. Make sure it is.

I guess either a dependancy in the grass package needs to be fixed or
the instructions have to state that more explicitly.

Thanks Hamish,

I installed postgresql. When I try to reinstall, it is marked as "Keep",
I reinstalled it but I think there is an other simple problem.
