[GRASS5] ps.map: colortable width inconsistency

The width parameter in colortable blocks in ps.map means different things for categorical and continuous tables. For categorical tables it refers to the width of the entire table (coloured box + text) while in the continuous table it refers to the width of the coloured box only.

Since the size of the box in the categorical tables is controlled by the font size the only practical consistent usage would be if both were used to mean the entire width.

Perhaps the width of the box in the continuous tables could be set to 1/10 of the total width? Any comments? We have been trying out modifications along these lines and could submit changes if people don't see a problem.

I would prefer new option for width of box containing colors
instead of 1/10 of total width.
