Hi developers,
I've converted r.fill.dir FORTRAN sources to C. Its result seems to be
the same as that of FORTRAN version.
It would be helpful if you test this through more maps.
Source is available from CVS:
src/raster/r.fill.dir/cmd/f2c
Just "gmake5 -i" in there.
