[GRASS5] R/Grass interface under Windows

Hi all,

A question came up on the French mailing list:

Can the R/Grass interface be used under Windows, or does it contain anything that makes it platform-dependent ?

Hi Moritz,

you can directly use it (some people here do that). The trick is
to copy some files required by R/PERL into the appropriate
directory. Then
R CMD INSTALL GRASS
will work inside the Cygwin terminal.

The R/GRASS prints some warnings, but they can happily ignored.
