I have added optional SURFER ASCII .grd support for r.out.ascii:
r.out.ascii [-hsi] input=name output=name [dp=value] [null=name]
-s Write SURFER (Golden Software) ASCII GRID instead of GRASS ASCII GRID
Surfer needs a slightly different header and reverted row order which
is provided now. NULL values are (re-)coded properly for SURFER.
In case of problems, let me know.
