To Grass list,
I added an #ifdef for __CYGWIN__ in the raster
r.topmodel/file_io.c file. It was using the tm_zone
as part of the time structure. This does not exist
under some unix systems. The fprintf for Cygwin
does not include that information. Use the timezone
structure from the sys/time.h if you want it.
