Subject: d.barscale

Hi,

I've added -n and -s flags to d.barscale. The user can draw north arrow or
scale bar only with these flags. North arrow is slightly different from the
one that d.barscale draws currently with a scale bar. Could you pleas add
these options to d.m and gis.m?

BTW, as I remember, all flags and options were automatically generated by d.m.
But today, I found it's not the case anymore?
