When the -f flag is used, g.list attempts to run the program
$GISBASE/etc/lister/<type> to perform the listing. These programs
aren't included in 6.x (I'm not sure why).

Looks like an oversight. Any hint which files should be added
from GRASS 5?

The directory src/general/manage/lister should be added to
general/manage.
sites.c isn't applicable to 6.x; I don't know whether dig.c needs
changing for the the new vector subsystem. cell.c should still be
valid.
