I just discovered this also when I downloaded the new files tonight.

What is missing is the icon *.gif for Florian’s new duplicate command. I’ve fixed this—and added my new updates to the GIS Manager (improved raster display panel and monitor control on a new button bar). It all works well. I’ll commit them to the CVS tomorrow. I need to do a fresh update for GRASS 6 first I think. If I can do this before a retreat I need to attend tomorrow morning, it will go up then. Otherwise, I’ll do it after lunch.
