There is no need to download code with the recent tag
from CVS. It doesn't affect anything for the developers.
The next steps are
- release binary versions of 5.0pre3
- merge back the release_branch
- create a new, cleaned release_branch, re-think the
CVS strategy (Bernhard will come up with a paper soon)
- bugfix the *critical* bugs as listed in RT
- etc.
- and: GRASS 5.1 in parallel
