[GRASS5] Release branch broken

Hello all

The current code in the release branch will not compile. The following
error message was reported.

gmake5.0 - UNUSED variable NULL or not set
src/CMD/generic/GISGEN.sh[13]: gmake5.0: not found
*** Error code 1 (bu21)
*** Error code 1 (bu21)

I think Huidae made a change concerning this UNUSED variable. Huidae,
can you take a look at this?

Hi all,

Ooops! I forgot to announce this change. UNUSED env var was added to compile
unused/ stuff. Sorry for this inconvenience.

This can be resolved by recreating gmake5 script.
However, I've removed UNUSED check. So it'll work now.
