[GRASS5] removing s.in.gps and s.out.gps

Hi,

i want to propose to remove both scripts s.in.gps and s.out.gps.
Both are a very ugly hack (sorry to the author!), do not work any more
and come without any documentation. For GRASS5.1 i have something much
more useful in preparation. If you use a garmin receiver and have
gpstrans installed, you can use s.in.garmin.sh and v.in.garmin.sh, which
provide at least some functions for gps-connectivity.

If i hear no objections i'll remove the scripts, so that we have two
modules less to worry about.
