Hello, Arkadiusz Mi¶kiewicz & Artur Wróblewski wrote spec
file for Grass5-pre4, available from:
http://ibiblio.org/ser/cvs/index.cgi/*checkout*/SPECS/grass.spec?rev=HEAD&content-type=text/plain
It is almost finished, but there is a problem with
iterferention with ImageMagick package, Grass uses the
same commands "display" & "import". Maybe we can change
these names?

AFAIK, there aren't any "display" or "import" commands in GRASS. There
are categories of commands that do these things, but none named as
"display" or "import". So, what exactly are you referring to?

Sorry for misunderstanding, I mean manual files:
/usr/X11R6/man/man1/display.1.gz
/usr/X11R6/man/man1/import.1.gz
These names are too common, IMO.

AFAIK, the GRASS man pages go into the GRASS directory, not the general
man directories. Is this different for RPMs?

We were trying to keep the FHS standard:
http://www.pathname.com/fhs/
It helps in unifying systems.

Even if the files live in separate directories, "man display" will
only show one of the files.
