[GRASS5] status of v.patch: 3d vector + 3d vector = 2d vector

hallo,
I tryed to patch two 3D maps together, which resulted to 2D file .. some
time ago, martin wanted to fix this problem.

I want to ask, if this problem has been solved and if so, why is it not
in cvs (?) now?

Hi,

I have fixed this problem. Before sending to mailing list I wanted to
add support for more layers (-e). Sorry, I have not had time to do it.
Tomorrow I will send patch for 3D vector output...

Hi all,

there is little patch for v.patch - when at least one of input vector
map layers is 3D, the output vector map layer will be 3D too.

Any suggestions welcomed...
