[GRASS5] TODO.txt: raster modules list to upgrade to FP

Hi all,

I have prepared a list of module candidates which might
not be updated to FP yet. See TODO.txt or here:

http://freegis.org/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/~checkout~/grass/TODO.txt

These modules are still using the 4.x raster read method.

Volunteers may check the modules (please remove from this
list of the module is o.k.).

Well, some of those modules are imagery related. I don't think they
need FP capabilities (AFAIK, all images have integer level in one ore
more channels). Maybe just the use of the new integer functions will
be enough ?
