[GRASS5] trouble exporting GPS format

Hello
I have trouble exporting GPS format
I have a program GPS pathfinder that can export to grass format generating 3 files ( with extensions .cat, .inf, .txt ) and don't know run in grass this files

Please post a small sample of each. It will matter if they should be
points, line or polygon features. (Use head -10, or so).
