[GRASS5] v.out.vtk with faces now

Hi Soeren,

I have added face(s) support to v.out.vtk. Now also
3D vector buildings or Jachym's 3D trees can be nicely
viewed in VTK (paraview etc).

Really cool, the VTK support!
