Hi,
I have updated v.report to be more compliant to r.report
(i.e. added -e flag). While doing that I have seen that we
have the same mess with measure units (km, ha, ...) as ww had
for the color lists. Lot's of local definitions. I guess
that it makes sense to have one
G_measures_list()
only in src/includes/libes. or something in this direction.
Mhh, any volunteers out there?

PS: There is a small bug left in v.report: the scientific format
shows only 4 digits instead of 6, but I can't find the reason.
