dig_ascii vector file, but dig file:
after translating generated dig file is unplottable;
if You translate it to dig_ascii with v.out.ascii and after that with GRASS
4.3 v.transform, and GRASS 5.0 v.in.ascii all is OK.
I'm not sure, but it was not documented in bugs. I've updated my GRASS to
5.0.2 and v.transform works properly. Sorry.
