[GRASS5] [winGRASS] the " libgrass_gis.dll was not found !" problem

I downloaded the new binary version from http://geni.ath.cx/grass.html
(thanks Huidae Cho) which had the .dll libraries in the lib folder. In
fact it had a link to ***.5.7.cvs.dll files (e.g to
libgrass_gis.5.7.cvs.dll)

But again for some reason I had the same problem as before. It could not
find the libgrass_gis.dll file. I decided to rename all the
*.5.7.cvs.dll files to *.dll and it seems to work fine now.

Huidae can you provide a better solution for this problem?

that I'm distributing. Please make sure that you installed tcl/tk from

site. Cygwin version of tcl/tk doesn't work for grass.

Hi,

Could you explain how you got the error?

Which interface are you using?
1. commandline
2. d.m
3. tcltkgrass

Which command did you run and got the error?
1. ps.map
2. everything doesn't work

Please check your library dependency of whatever command you run:

cygcheck /usr/local/grass.../bin/ps.map

Then it should print libraries that it requires. Try this in and outside
grass.
