I don't think there's enough useful material in the GrassHopper
lists to allow a monthly 60 pages worth of information....I did
my own digest of the complete grassu-list archive for the manual
which is (still) to appear this autumn, and I don't even get 60
pages of info from that.
I think the most useful thing to do is for current digests to be
placed on the moon, as a kind of `errata' to the Reference Manual,
to be used at your own risk. Such digest files can be easily updated
by their authors, and can be printed by any site that wants hardcopy
or wants to distribute hardcopy.
As an aside, I don't think it need take more than one day each month
to create and edit a digest of both lists. Surely this time must be
available to somebody at OGF?
