Probably tomorrow it will be off, cause i host it on my local pc...
My idea is to create a BIG site, a sort of OpenGis Translation Project (also
for Qgis for example), using this web interface, so all the comunity can do
the work...

The future plan are those:
1) Change the code (stop from 2003 ) to accept more then 1 suggestion..
2) After the chief of a language group accept the changes, he can directly
change the file on CVS...

It's a shame that I was unable to see it.
Maybe you should point this to the OSGeo folks (Markus included =])
