[GRASSLIST:1413] Downloading the precompiled X tcl/tk 8.x libraries

Item # 4 for installing Grass on Windows states:

"Download the precompiled X tcl/tk 8.x libraries and executables from:"

http://grass.itc.it/grass5/binary/windows_cygnus/wingrass_xserver/

There are two files:

xtcltk-8.3.4-CYGWIN.tar.gz

xtcltk-8.3.4-CYGWIN-man.tar.gz

Are they different versions of the same or do I install both?

xtcltk-8.3.4-CYGWIN-man.tar.gz is the manual (documentation). It is not required, but I would install it unless you are extremely short on disk space.
