[GRASSLIST:1750] Correction

Hi, Dear all,

In the GRASS GIS - Simulation Models link (http://chief.ecn.ou.edu/r.water.fea.html) for r.water.fea does not work and the correct link is: http://www.coe.ou.edu/emgis/software/rwaterfea.htm
Would you please correct it.
