[GRASSLIST:2470] v.support

Dear colleagues,
I'm doing v.support on 12 joined topographic map with
scale of 1:25.000. These maps were converted to GRASS
vector binary from DXF. It's been 18 hours since I
started the process and the process now is only 11% of
all. Is this process take a long time? I plan to edit
these topo maps.
Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks.

It should be much (!) faster to process the data in GRASS 5.7
since it comes with spatial index which speeds up the operation.
