Is there a way to run GRASS GIS as (or with) Map Server,
or the only X-terminal mode is available?

If you are referring to the University of Minnesota Mapserver
( http://mapserver.gis.umn.edu/ ), yes. Mapserver can sever GRASS raster datasets via GDAL. You need to do it on a Unix/Linux server (I don't think it can be done on Windows as things stand now).
