Hi,
starting to try the new vector management in grass57, I'm looking for the
module called v.in.dwg
in grass57 tutorial, maibe this function is performed with a new one with a
different name?

You have to download OpenDWG library and compile it yourself.

v.in.dwg needs the openDWG libs: you have to compile this command
locally after getting these libs. We are not allowed to distribute
v.in.dwg binaries due to the openDWG license.

I'll add a hint in the tutorial.
