I try to install grass on Windows in order to use it in professionnal context.
I installed cygwin with the different necessary features. After that, I try to install grass after unzip the tar.gz file. No gassinstall or grasssetup file exists in the unzip folder.
Do you now the issue ?

You don't have to unzip the tar.gz file. Instead *run* the install
script (so two files to download):
sh grass5xxx-cygwin-install.sh grass5xxx-cygwin-bin.tar.gz
This will install GRASS. Please have a look at the install
instructions.
