Hello everyone
thanks to Glynn Clements for his reply on my previous mail.
It worked when I simply downloaded the mesa libraries version 6.0 instead of
my old 5.0 ... maybe my old libraries where broken and it was not a version
problem, but I tried on two different computers one of which had a fresh
Linux Mandrake installation with Mesa5.0 libraries from the Mandrake
distribution.
Boh?!
