That was for 5.3. r.resamp.rst was added to GRASS 5.7 on 16th July so you need a later version.

If you have 5.3 you can use it from there. (Or use more recent 5.7)

Hello, I had the same problem. The module r.resamp.rst is not available in the GRASS 5.7.0 sources.
I had to download and compile GRASS 5.3.0 where this module does exist. I don't know if it is included
in the latest CVS version of 5.7, but even so, you need to download 5.3.0 first.
Hope this helps.

It is, since 16th July 2004.

That is not quite correct---it is the 5.3 CVS HEAD you need (5.3.0 is several months old and not compatible with the latest 5.7 CVS).
