[GRASSLIST:4297] Grass 5.7 Tutorial

Hello,

I am trying to learn to use GRASS 5.7 following the on-line tutorial at
http://grass.itc.it/grass57/tutorial. However, I can't find some modules
used in the examples like: v.format,v.shape.register.
I couldn't find them even in the souce code. What is the status of them?

The modules were removed.

They are replaced by v.external.
I have updated the 5.7 tutorial a bit (more to come).
