[GRASSLIST:4895] progress of 5.1?

I know 5.0 *just* got released, but what's the progress of 5.1? Can we use
raster/vector files with multiple attributes yet? I use GRASS on both
FreeBSD and cygwin and have have a hard time trying to get the postgresql or
odbc stuff to work, plus trying to import large shape files has been
prohibitive. Is 5.1 safe *enough* to try for real work?

Jeff.

Well, no - please have a look at the disclaimer at top of the GRASS 5.1
page. It can be used for experiments only.
