[GRASSLIST:5437] vectoroverlay tutorial

I am looking at the vector overlya/clipping tutorial and I have a question, I am trying to combine vector maps in such a way that the logic goes like this:

Display vector features from map1 and map2, but not those features that appear on both map1 and map2.

Is this possible?

Thanks,

Kirk

Kirk,

I think this is the xor operator.

Thanks Michael,

xor was the solution. My particular project will require some careful assembly with multiple v.overlays to get it right. However, it looks promising.
