[GRASSLIST:5789] v.in.ascii error, could not move the database from the .tmp file

Dear List,
The v.in.ascii module does not move the *.dbf from the /.tmp folder into the
/dbf folder. The message is "permissions denied".

The status with ls -ld is -rw-rw-rw-
Manually, mv works and I can move the temporary database
