[GRASSLIST:5850] conversion of raster to shape file

Greetings,

I have some Grass raster files. And I want to convert these
raster into shape file using Grass tools. Is that possible?
If it is, how to do that? I have accomplished this task in
ArcInfo. But I want to rely on Grass. Any suggestion?

Try r.poly and v.out.shape.
