[GRASSLIST:5885] searching grass mailing list

Hello,

I wanted to search the grass M.L. archives because I had problems importing dxf with v.in.ogr (200 Mb of laser scanner 3D points, some joker exported them in dxf instead of ascii and I wanted to use grass to import them and expor in 3d ascii points) using grass60 and I heard someone already solved the problem thanks to the mailing list. The problem is that searching the list with htdig I do not get any results for any combination of search words, even a single word! Is there any problems with the htdig search engine or am I missing something??

You'll probably want to use v.in.dwg [*] for this. v.in.dxf in GRASS 5.4
might work too.

[*] non-Free libary req., must build yourself & can't redistribute.

I don't think v.in.ogr supports dxf?

... which one? The http://grass.institutoecos.org.br/grass-list/ was
broken last time I tried and the Gmane one only keeps recent messages,
but the main one works fine:
