Hi all,

Two questions:

1. How can I assign widths to vector lines?
2. Is it possible to mask vector layers?

1. How can I assign widths to vector lines?

only in ps.map or maybe QGIS, not in the X display window.

You can do v.buffer or v.to.rast+r.buffer though.

2. Is it possible to mask vector layers?

v.overlay; also maybe ps.map?.
