[GRASSLIST:6170] OGC standards

Hi all.
Is there a reason for grass and qgis not being listed as Registered Products
in the Open Geospatial Consortium? See:
http://www.opengeospatial.org/resources/?page=products
Several other free products are listed (postgis, unm mapserver, etc.).

Well, wich standard is respected by GRASS or Qgis ? Since someone talk about this, it would be interesting if GRASS had an interface that respect the Simple Feature (SQL) specs.

Postgis respect the SFS 1.1, SFS TF 1.1 and Mapserver respects WMS 1.1.0, WMS 1.0.0, WMC 1.0, WFS 1.0.0, SLD 1.0, GML 2.0, Filter 1.0.0, WMS 1.1.1
