I have started qgis within grass 6.1.cvs (Windows-Cygwin). I know there
is a grass toolbox somewhere, but the only reference to the toolbox I
can find, is

anyone give me the right references/instructions/directions for
installing the grass toolbox in qgis?

AFAIK there is no windows port for the necessary GRASS-Plugin for QGIS
yet. So you need to compile QGIS with the needed GRASS_Plugin by your
own.
Please correct me if I am wrong (I am not up-to-date regarding to
windows stuff...)
