[GRASSLIST:9131] v.transform

I got stuck trying to use v.transform.

I keep getting the follwoing error:  "Could not open file with 
coordinates : comorgpc2"

The GCP file is in the PERMANENT mpaset in my current location.  It was 

created with a text Editor, it contains 4 columns with coordiantes.
I tried renaming it and using different file extensions, but nothing of 
what I have tried so far works.
Any clue to help me solve this problem?

I am not sure, but you might need to importthe file into grass first using v.in.asii. Alternatively you can use the cs2cs tool that comes with proj if you want to do this in a single step.
