[GRASSLIST:9596] Problem with 2 vectors area layer.

Hi guys!
Got a problem with merging 2 vector area layer. The first one has got a
table associated wich is something like this:

REGION NAME AREA
name1 1212121
name2 121323321
[...]

The second area vector layer, describes areas inside each region.The tab
associated is:

CAT NAME
1 test1
2 test2
[..]

I need a vector layer like the second one, but with a tab wich has got a
column with the name of the reagion in wich each area is.

CAT NAME REGION
1 test1 name1
2 test2 name2
3 test3 name3
[..]

v.overlay operator=and

then you can change columns name and also remove columns...
