[GRASSLIST:999] Creating a new command

I want to use some clustering algorithms I've written
in C, on a vector map in Grass and to add a button on
the gui to execute them.
Is there any guide or tutorial which explain briefly
how to create a new command and execute it inside
Grass?

You should add these via GEM (GRASS Extensions Manager).
