Has anyone installed GRASS on a parallel computer system?

Please reply if you know anyone has tried a parallel implementation of
GRASS.

Why? There is a vast difference between making something run on a
parallel architecture and converting its logic (algorithms, etc.) to
make effective use of it. Folks used to say that it would be neat to
have ARC/INFO running on a Cray. If the question really is about doing
GIS functions on parallel architectures, we have some published material
on this.
