HP 650C Design Jet Plotter Driver and Summagrid IV config file

Dear Grass Users,

Maybe somebody knows where we can get ther driver for the HP 650C
Design Jet Plotter and the configuration file for the Summagrid IV
(24"x36") digitizer. We are using Grass4.1.
