I am in the process of doing supervised classification on an AVHRR image
using i.class and i.maxlik. After a few attempts, my classified image now
resembles the original visible bands. I would also like to use to reject
threshold raster layer (which is generated from i.maxlik) for masking
purposes, but I am not sure what the category values mean? Has anyone used
these reject threshold layers for analyis or further image processing? How
does one extract information on exactly which confidence level at which
each cell has been categorized?
