Install GRASS 4.1.5 in Sun Solaris 2.5.1

Hi,

I am wondering if any people has installed GRASS 4.1.5 in Sun Solaris2.5.1
successfully.

I get the source package and try to install it, but always get error
message. Can anybody help me out?

I am wondering if anyone has developed any programs that concern snow
water, such as a degree day input for runoff.
http://www.nohrsc.nws.gov/rfc provides snow data in GRASS raster format.
