What is going to have to be done is find the Makefile that is blowing.
Probably in under */mapgen somewhere, depending if you've got release 3
or release 4. Now somewhere there is a directory called graphics for
the mapgen stuff and under that directory there should be a header
file graphics.h. That's the one you want to be easily available to
the Makefile under */mapgen. Above releases refer to mapgen release
codes.Granted, damn confusing.
As and alternative, you could grab the mapgen stuff from charon.er.usgs.gov
and do it's install. At least I know where everything is there. But I
don't know if there are not some program renamings under GRASS.I'm going to put this response on grassu to see if I can shake CERLs
chain to fix this problem.
Does someone responsible for putting mapgen into GRASS distribution have
a more appropriate solution. I keep seeing this message over and over.
