The contents of this directory are principly related to the MAPGEN/
PLOTGEN graphic system and PROJ.4 cartographic projection system and is
the primary source of said software. Other source code of general
interest is also included. Hardcopies of the references listed below

Out of date but provides basic operational concepts of the
