In stead of naming the Xdrivers X0, X1 etc in the monitorcap file,
I use names which are the same as the usernames of potential grassusers.
If there are more users than the default number of fifo-pairs you will have
to create extra ones. If you insert a line in the file GIS.sh like
d.mon start=`whoami`
the driver will be started automatically.
