I have grass dig files of soil lines based on the NAD27..what is the most
appropriate way to get those file to the NAD83 to match my NAD83 digital
orthos...are there software programs that already exist that will help me
in this procedure...v.transform ..lt4x...arcinfo...
Arc Info will certainly do the trick. It is a simple matter to use the
PROJECT command to move a coverage from nad27 to nad83. I know of programs
that will do the same for points, but I don't know how else to do it with
a full coverage.
